City scene with a few goofy details added. I am currently building a portfolio for the children's art market and this is an environment exploration that could be tailored to different items. This started as an isometric pencil sketch in my sketchbook which I finished in Photoshop, with hand made textures layered in.

I'm Tom Parsons, a freelance Illustrator and art teacher. I create editorial and promotional illustration for companies and individuals. Currently I am working on a portfolio for the kid's art market. I enjoy drawing humorous characters, animals, vehicles, robots and environments. Occasionally I like to make small casein paintings of my local surroundings.
